What happens between “apply” and “funded”
This is the path we aim for on a complete application. Some deals need longer — a full valuation, a bank's consent for a second mortgage — and we'll say so upfront.

No credit check to enquire
Finding out what's possible won't leave a mark on your file. A check only happens once you choose to proceed.
No spray-and-pray
Your enquiry isn't fired off to a dozen lenders. One specialist matches you to the right one.
A real person, not a bot
Someone who understands business lending reads your details and phones you to talk it through.
Accurate answers, faster money
Fill the form in honestly — amount, purpose, security, any IRD debt. It's what gets you matched first time.
Quick answers
Can you really fund my business within 24 hours?
That's our aim, and for many complete applications it's realistic. It depends on having your ID and bank statements ready, a clear purpose, and — for property loans — security that can be checked or valued quickly. If something will take longer, such as a full valuation or a second lender's consent, we tell you on the first call.
Does enquiring affect my credit file?
No. Your first enquiry doesn't involve a credit check. One only happens once you've seen an option, understood it and decided to proceed.
How much can a New Zealand business borrow?
Unsecured and cash flow options typically run from $5,000 to $500,000, sized on turnover and bank statements. Property-secured business loans run from $20,000 to $5,000,000 against residential or commercial property.
Do you send my details to lots of lenders?
No. We don't sell or spray leads. A specialist works out which lender and product suits your situation and talks to you before anything goes anywhere.
Can I get funded if I owe IRD or have bad credit?
Often, yes. IRD debt and past credit problems are considered case by case. Being upfront on the form is the quickest way to the right answer.
Ready when you are. Funded, we aim, within a day.
60-second enquiry — no credit check when you first enquire. Business purposes only.
